Copy / Paste Markers,regions, Events into/ from Spreadsheet

This is for the markers but works with the other information in the Edit Details Box

1. Open View > Edit Details (alt+6) and view just the markers in the SHOW

2. Click the left upper most corner to highlight the entire grid

3. Go to the spreadsheet, click on on a cell and then past the information (CTRL+V)

To get information from the spread sheet to the Edit Details box just do the reverse.
